Breakfast oats with berries & seeds recipe

1/2 cup steel cut oats

1 cup Complete Dairy low fat milk

1 ts cinnamon

sprinkle of clove powder

1 cup organic blueberries

1 tbs pumpkin seeds

1 tbs flaxseeds grounded

Cook the oats in with the 1 cup milk and some extra water. Add remaining ingredients as you like.
