Your first consultation is a comprehensive health and lifestyle assessment aimed at identifying the root cause of your problems. Your nutrition status, gut, brain and hormonal health, exercise, stress, sleep, toxins and chemical exposures as well as social support, stress, limiting believes and negative emotions will be screened to gain a deep understanding of what is working and what is not. This will help create personalised recommendation and determine what type of assistance you need and for how long. Please ensure you fill out your emailed questionnaire and provide as much detail as possible. This needs to be filled out at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Following this consultation you will be asked to organise blood tests/other investigations with the assistance of your GP (these tests can be and are most of the time bulk billed).

Following your first session we will talk about all things nutrition and create your meal plan and routine strategy. You will learn what to ear, when, how much, how to modify and create recipes and get organised to save time in the kitchen without compromising on your nutrition.

Following your first session we will start with our journey towards healing your body, mind, emotion and soul. These are usually about 50 minutes long and during this time we will focus on addressing the root cause previously identified, following up on existing concerns and providing active support and guidance. You can expect to learn how your body works and how to use your body and mind to maintain regulation, connection and ability to create a life of your choosing.
