Before seeing Anca, I had awful gut health issues that were affecting every facet of my life - from debilitating reflux, teeth decay, low thyroid, low-grade Hashimoto's and sleep issues. I originally sought Anca’s help with regards to my diet, hoping to lose a bit of weight and help me deal with pre-diabetes.
