Another successful Sunday creation. Serve with some roasted vege or salad. Suitable as both a winter or summer dish.
Ingredients:
500 g organic chicken mince
2 eggs
1/2 cup gluten free flour
5-6 florets cauliflower blitzed in the blender
nutritional yeast 1 tsb
1/2 ts turmeric
1 large onion cooked in some olive oil
3 garlic cloves cooked in some olive oil
parsley
thyme
Mix it all up and fry it in your pan on a medium temperature.
