Understanding food, agriculture and how we produce and consume products in our current environment is key for your health and that of your family. The food we produce has lost up to 90% of nutrition and comes with many toxins and chemicals. What this means is that you and your family are at risk for nutrient deficiencies which lead to inflammation, disease, degeneration and poor mental health. Further as you are unique and come with your own set of instructions (own genetics, epigenetic, microbiome and life experience) you need to map and understand what types of food best suit your constitution... and no ... these will not be found in a general guideline, but guided by your own body and it's intuition which I will teach you how to access and use.
In addition staying abreast with all competing life's priorities has become a priority in itself. Juggling 20 things on the go has unfortunately become the norm leaving us depleted, confused, disconnected and overwhelmed. As such getting organised promptly, being clear about what you want, staying concise and getting things done on time is a must for every busy and efficient individual who wants the best for themselves and their loved ones.

We will go further into understanding your body and mind and create a clear picture of what health really means for you. This part builds on the previous 2 workshops as digestion and understanding how your body and nutrition works are key components of a successful and lasting weight loss experience.
Stress, poor sleep, being sedentary, eating on the go, overeating, dehydration and poor gut health are just some of the factors impacting your metabolism and waist line. Add to that having kids, moving through menopause, medical interventions and chronic pain, all happening in a sea of chemicals and toxins. And amongst this ... confusion... as there are so many self proclaimed health and weight loss experts offering contradictory advice. Who to trust? What to do?
The answer is simple. Learn how to connect to your body and use it alongside your mind, emotions and energy such that you can access and use your inner guidance properly. Why? Because everything you need is already inside of you and whatever strategy you use needs to match your constitution and unique requirements. During this workshop we will connect the final dots between your body, mind and emotions giving you confidence and control of your body and daily life works. You will develop a new relationship with food and your body allowing you to appreciate the gift that your body really is.
