From teaching how your body, works, how to nourish it physically, mentally and emotionally, to energetic concepts and deep soul truths, these workshops can help you rediscover your authenticity, confidence, health, wellbeing, purpose and joy of living. This way you can create a life worthy of you and have fun while doing it.

Release stress and doubt, build confidence and learn how to listen to your body's feedback and access intuition for better decision making and whole heart living.

Reconnect to your SELF and build awareness and a deeper neurology of safety and connection where you can stay grounded, peaceful, calm, loving and alive everyday.

Learn how to self regulate and be in charge of your physical, mental and emotional states & go deeper into existential truths about SELF and life.

Practice strategies like Breathing, Movement, Art, Meditation and much more to connect deeper into your body and discover the truth that lives within.

Building strong foundations through safety workshop

Safety is a prerequisite for connection and evolution so let's start at the beginning.

Sunday 11 th of August from 10am - 1 pm @ 269 Inkerman St, Balaclava

Know how your body works and rediscover who you really are

In this 3 hours workshop you will discover how the body works, your needs and how your thoughts, emotions and energies can impact your health and wellbeing. You will understand who you really are and why dealing with the whole you is key for authenticity, lasting health and a life well live.

Learn how to self care and read your body

You will learn what signs and symptoms you should look out for as delivered by your unique body and what they mean for you. As well as you  what to do to return your body and mind to balance, build a safe partnership with the body and keep your energy high. Expect to talk about nutrition, breath, sleep, exercise, energy, hygiene, daily routines and how to live connected everyday.

Deal with fear and anxiety and restore balance, calm and joy

You will practice various somatic approaches to help deepen the connection with your body and soul, and build safety and regulation. These often include breathing, chanting, movement, art, guided meditation, sound healing etc, depending on the group I work with.

Receive a healing and activation

You will receive a channeled healing and activation to help clear and balance your root chakra which is an important centre for safety. This will help you feel calmer, more present and connected to the here and now and your soul.

As a Somatic Psychotherapist, Sound Therapist, Integrative Dietitian, Breathing Coach and Channel I have integrated multiple scientific and intuitive approaches and have created a process where you can optimise your physical and mental health and become your authentic SELF.


My purpose is to  teach how to live connection with your body and SELF, Others and the Planet which has resulted in creating the B-ME® formula to support individual and group journeys back to the truth of who we are. YOU ARE SPIRIT - YOU ARE HERE - YOU ARE NOW - YOU ARE FOREVER. You already a spiritual being, what you need to learn though is how to become a natural human which is where the B-ME® formula comes in.


B-ME® stands for body, mind, emotion, energy and environment and teaches how to drive your organism such that you can experience lasting physical vitality, mental acuity and emotional balance everyday. This way you can become empowered, discerning and clear and create a life worthy of you lead by the only expert that matters... YOU.
