Why is over breathing a problem?

Due to stress, overheated homes, pollution, lack of fitness, acidic  and carb loaded diets, dehydration and poor sleep to name a few,
most people overbreathe without realising it. You can read my blog article on the

Poor breathing results in the body not getting enough oxygen. And without enough oxygen, nothing works as it should as oxygen is the number required nutrient of your body. Without proper oxygenation you are likely to experience:

  • How do I learn how to breathe?

    SImply by attending the B-ME Breath Connection breathing workshop. Here you will learn how your body and respiratory system works and what you need to do to optimise breathing in the day to day

  • Why is breathing important?

    Breathing is the most important function in the body. Without oxyen you die withing a few minutes, and without proper nasal breathing your body will run very porly. You will more likely experience poor physical and mental health and a low quality of life.

  • Can I teach my children and partner how to breathe after I complete this breathing workshop?

    Absolutely you can and you should. The priciples taugh here can be shared with your family, friends and coleagues. They will all benefit from more oxygen, energy and feeling better in their lives.

  • Are there any side effects of changing my breathing?

    Yes. It can take 2-4 weeks for you to settle into a new breathing rhytm using different muscles in the body. Some people can experience a detox cleansing reaction in the form of runny nose, headaches, sinus pain and a cold like sensatation. If this happens please reduce intensity as breathing is something you built little by little every day. 

  • What is the difference between nose and mouth breathing?

    There is a huge difference. For daily optimal function you must train your body to breathe only through the nose. Mouth breathing is approproate when actively healing and releasing excess stuck energy.

  • Is there a refund available for change of mind?

    As there are limited spots available refunds are not available at this time. Exceptions can occur however and considerations will be made case by case.
