Breathing is the most important function in the body. Without oxyen you die withing a few minutes, and without proper nasal breathing your body will run very porly. You will more likely experience poor physical and mental health and a low quality of life.
Absolutely you can and you should. The priciples taugh here can be shared with your family, friends and coleagues. They will all benefit from more oxygen, energy and feeling better in their lives.
Yes. It can take 2-4 weeks for you to settle into a new breathing rhytm using different muscles in the body. Some people can experience a detox cleansing reaction in the form of runny nose, headaches, sinus pain and a cold like sensatation. If this happens please reduce intensity as breathing is something you built little by little every day.
There is a huge difference. For daily optimal function you must train your body to breathe only through the nose. Mouth breathing is approproate when actively healing and releasing excess stuck energy.
